Placed an order for 2 pairs Oakley prescription glasses. Received a confirmation. Then received a back order email. Called the company to find out if the back ordered item would hold up deliver of the other item. I was told the other pair would ship and be charged separately.
A week later, I received an email stating my item was still on back order. One week later, still no glasses, so I called. Found that both pairs were on back order. Changed frames to get a pair ASAP and was told delivery by Friday. Said they would call if they had any problems in the lab. No call, no glasses.
