Ordered premium anti reflection lenses. Received the with no anti-reflection whatsoever. Just want to return the glasses and they're giving me a run around. First time bonline ordeting of glassed. Disastet. Got lightest, thinnest transistion (self darkening) lens. Lens are totally clear! I spoke to robbie..hesaid there r different Levels of darkening.(different lens by transistion.).order form DID NOT mention that! Also no cert.of authenticity that they are real essilor transistions.want to return.instead I am hearing "spend more to getwhat you already spent alot for. " trying with great difficulty... I ordered Ray Ban sunglasses and was surprised when they arrived and did not have the logo. Upon calling, I was told I would need to order from Lens Crafters for that. Candace (customer service) called the next day and left a voice mail about returning them. I ordered glasses from this company and it was a nightmare dealing with. The frames were damaged and despite call them after opening the box they charges me a 50% restocking fee because I wasn't going to order another pair. I didn't want to go through the wait and possible hassle ordering a replacement presented. After returning the glasses I received no credit on my Amx charge so I had to open up a dispute. 2 mnts passed since i've ordered pair of RX glasses. still waiting. they also promosed 15% discoint after few calls-havent got a dime back. Terrible service! only if i knew i would go to local store ,paid bit more and get my glasses in a matter of days. NOT MONTHS!

Sent photo so they could get pd and they got it wrong. I returned for a partial refund and went to sams club, Sams found that my pd was 34 on the right and 30 on the left. That's why frames direct glasses were very blurry. They just split the total of 64 evenly and so lenses were not the correct distance apart. They never would have gotten it correct without going to sams, so they refused to return$101.00 to me . They made the mistake! I would... Read more

Ordered on 9th - it is now the 15th and there is still no activity on the USPS track number they issued on the 11th... called 2 times, first rep said "one of the frames were in stock the other was not, that's why there is a delay" - second guy says it is USPS's fault, and that "label created" (current status of track number) means "it was picked up and USPS does a bad job of updating the tracking status, often you'll get the package by the time... I ordered the frame and lens in April of this year. I was not told that the frame ordered was backordered. I called trying to find out why it was taking so long and wanting to make sure they got my prescription from my doctor they finally told me it was backordered.
