This is a continuing and unresolved issue. I have been going through an odyssey regarding getting my son's reading/seeing glasses repaired. Lost my treasured prescription sun glasses and being very fair the sun in the northeast is harsh. I had my prescription from my doctor with all the information and called and spoke with a rep to be sure it would be ok. I place an order for glasses, Almost 2 weeks later they let me know that my product was on backorder. 2 more emails from frames direct pushing back the date that they will be received. Never expect to order from this place and hope to get a return when there's a problem. I ordered a pair of Gucci glasses on their website and obviously the quality wasn't good enough that the frame broke. I asked for a return but the response I get is "this is not a manufacturer problem". So even if there is a 365 day warranty for your glasses, chances are it doesn't cover sh*t. Now I'm not...
